Hear from our Regional Employment Trials (RET) pre-employment participants 3-months into their employment as trainees with Calvary Community Care, Gippsland.
We are extremely proud of all trainees, as they completed their training from April to June 2020, right in the heart of COVID-19. Training was moved to online training, and even during the pandemic wanted to care and help others. The trainees commenced with Calvary Community Care in June and July 2020.

Calvary Community Care - Adelaide
Hear from our SkillingSA pre-employment participants 8-months into their employment as trainees with Calvary Community Care, Adelaide.
The pre-employment ran from October to December 2019, with participants being employed as part-time trainees in mid-December 2019.
8-months on, our trainees are nearly towards the end of their training (Certificate III in Individual Support), whilst gaining workplace experience with real clients.

8-Week Pre-Traineeship Program for new community support workers entering the sector and with no industry qualification or experience.
Calvary Community Care - Melbourne
Learn more about the Launch into Work (LiW) pre-employment program and employment opportunities with Calvary Community Care in Melbourne.
Program commenced in April 2019 and participants were employed in May 2019. 10 successful candidates working as Community Support Workers with Calvary Community Care.
The program was aimed at supporting those who already hold a relevant industry qualification, that were looking to get their first employment opportunities in the sector.
